Our Manufacturing Process
Lightweight Digitally Printed
Our Wind Images Lightweight Printed flags are made with 1.9 oz nylon on-site with our state of the art large scale direct to fabric digital printer. We print, heat set, wash, cut and sew in our manufacturing facility using the best quality raw materials and qualified staff.
Heavyweight Appliqued
Wind Images Appliqued heavyweight nylon flags are made with 3.5 oz UV resistant nylon with the image sewn to the front and back of the flag. These flags have excellent colour and durability, and come with free fly end repairs to extend the life of your flag. Each flag is made by our qualified staff, using the same processes perfected over our 70 years in business.
Polyester Digitally Printed
Certain indoor and outdoor applications require a double sided high quality print with no bleed using a 6.6mil tight weave polyester fabric that looks similar to our lightweight nylon with a beautiful shine.
